The July Club night, on 17 July, is also AGM night. All the AGM documents are attached here and will also be loaded on the website's News page. These will be taken "as read" on the night so we can keep things moving.
The meeting will start promptly at 7 pm so that we can complete the AGM business and welcome our judge by 7.30 pm. Please remember to sign the Attendance sheet as you arrive; we must have a quorum to proceed.
