EXPOSURE TRIANGLE
One of the most basic concepts in photography is the exposure triangle. If you choose not to set your camera to auto mode, you must know when and how to use each setting in order to have a picture perfect photo every time. In this clip, Mark Wallace does a great job of detailing the exposure triangle. I think it’s a great resource for all photographers and a must see for beginners in the field: Below is a link to an article and videos about the subject.

Breen Porter gave a very practical 'How to' workshop at the HCPC on October 6th. He demonstrated making best use of the tiltable screen on his Fuji camera, showed and discussed examples of his work and showed us a book he had produced of images taken around the world.

Brian Eastwood gave this presentation on capturing the many moods of water. He looked at various techniquies to create a range of effects with moving water. He also looked at composition and hoiw the photographer can create something unique from, what are often, frequently photographed places.
Peter Boot made this presentation on photographing water drops using very simple every-day things found in your kitchen or bathroom. Peter's only caution with all of the activities he demonstrated was, "Dont forget the towel!!"
