Analysing your images

NB: Change of Date: This workshop is on the second Thursday of the month, Thursday 13th April.

You've had a great day out and taken a truck load of images and now you need to sort out which ones you really want to 'work-up' .

For many of us it is the hardest part of the whole exercise so this workshop is to look at strategies to use in deciding which of the many images we have taken will be the chosen one.

Analysing your chosen shot. We will share ideas about  where to start when editing your image and how to create a workflow  using the software of your choice.

This workshop will be a mix of how to and interactive. Members are encouraged to bring their own laptops with their own images  to put into practice what has been talked about on the night sharing tips, keyboard shortcuts, which sliders do what...exposure, highlight, shadows, clarity, contrast, blacks, whites, saturation.

This workshop is part of the series this year which takes you on the  journey from Composition to Printing.
